Phone cleaner Privacy Policy

Updated: March 31, 2025

Shanghai Shuangshen Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated parties (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company"), as the operator of "Photo Search" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), fully recognize the importance of personal information security and privacy protection. We will protect your personal information and privacy security in accordance with laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing your information when you use our services, and informs you of your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your personal data to provide and improve our services. By using this app, you agree with our collection, use, disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Notice.

1How We Request Permissions

1.1 Access to Photo Album

When you first use our app, a permission request pop-up will appear, seeking your grant for accessing the photos and videos in your photo album. This will enable you to quickly organize these photos and videos, enhancing your user experience. If you choose to grant full authorization, the permission request pop-up will not appear again in subsequent uses. Please note that without your permission, we will never access your local photo album without authorization and will not collect any of your private information. Our app requires an internet connection when first opened, but can be used offline thereafter, so you don't need to worry about your information being uploaded to the cloud. For more details, please refer to Section 1.5 on Network Permissions.

1.2 Access to Camera

When you use the "Image Seach" feature of the App or upload images for feedback purposes, a permission request pop-up will appear, seeking your authorization to access the camera, allowing you to take photos for similar image searches. If you choose to grant full authorization, the permission request pop-up will not appear again in subsequent uses. Rest assured, we will never turn on your camera or microphone without your explicit permission.

1.3 Access to Calendar

When you use the "Delete Events" feature of the App, a permission request pop-up will appear, seeking your authorization to access your calendar, allowing you to view and delete old events. If you choose to grant full authorization, the permission request pop-up will not appear again in subsequent uses.

1.4 Access to Contacts

When you use the "Organize Contacts" feature of the App, a permission request pop-up will appear, seeking your authorization to access your contacts, allowing you to view and manipulate your contact information, such as deleting duplicate contacts, merging incomplete contact information, etc. If you choose to grant full authorization, the permission request pop-up will not appear again in subsequent uses.

1.5 Network Permissions

When you first access the app, a permission request pop-up will appear, seeking your grant for network permissions. We require this permission to collect crash stack traces, Crashlytics installation UUIDs, Firebase installation IDs, and log information. These data are treated as disaggregated data, strictly related to device identifiers, and not associated with specific users or personal information. The purpose of collection is to optimize app stability and performance and provide better user experience. You don't need to worry about the data being used for any unnecessary purposes, and this information will not be uploaded to the cloud.

1.6 Notification Permissions

When using our app, we may present a permission request pop-up seeking your authorization for notification permissions, allowing us to send you important information, app updates, event notifications, etc., via push notifications. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. If you choose to authorize, we will be able to reach you through push notifications; otherwise you will not receive these push notifications. You can enable or disable such notification permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your use of other features.

1.7 Advertising Tracking Permissions

To optimize the advertising experience, we display advertisements through the TopOn advertising platform and other advertising platforms (such as AdMob, Unity Ads, Mintegral, Ironsource, etc.). We collect some anonymous device data, such as advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA) and your usage behavior data, to provide you with personalized advertising experiences. If you agree to authorize advertising tracking, we will tailor advertisements based on your usage behavior. If you decline authorization, you will only see non-personalized advertisements that are not targeted based on your behavior.

You can turn on or off advertising tracking at any time through your device's privacy settings. Turning off advertising tracking will still allow you to use the app, but advertisements will no longer be personalized based on your interests and behavior.

1.8 Permission Management

You can enable or disable all the aforementioned permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling permissions will not affect your use of the app's core functionalities but may limit certain features (e.g., disabling notification will prevent you from receiving push notifications, and disabling advertising tracking will result in non-personalized advertisements being shown).

1.9          You can enable or disable such permissions at any time through your device settings.
